Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard (U.S.): 5–10 business days
- Standard (International): 10–20+ business days
- Expedited (if available): 2–5 business days (U.S.) / 5–10 business days (International)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays,
customs, or weather.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
- Some suppliers need extra time for production (e.g., custom items).
- Holidays, weather, or carrier delays may impact delivery.
- International orders may be held for customs inspection.
If your order is significantly late, contact us for help.
Will all my items arrive together?
Not always. If your order has multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers.
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers as items ship.
- No extra shipping fees beyond what you paid at checkout.
Why did I get multiple tracking numbers?
Each supplier ships their own products, so if you ordered multiple items, they may come from different locations. Check your email for all tracking updates.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each shipment.
Didn’t receive it after 5 business days? Check your spam or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the below counties:
- United States
- Netherlands
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Germany
- Norway
We’re working on expanding to more countries soon—stay tuned!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only if the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number and correct address.
What if my package is lost, delayed, or stuck in transit?
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us. We’ll work with the supplier and carrier to resolve it—either by reshipping or refunding your order.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t get my package. What now?
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. Wait 48 hours, then contact us for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your email will include:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved:
- You’ll receive a return label and return instructions.
- Do not send items back without first contacting us.
Do you charge restocking fees or have final sale items?
Nope! We don’t charge restocking fees, and we avoid final-sale items so you can shop with confidence.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
No. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label—you won’t need to cover return shipping costs.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, return your item and place a new order for the one you want.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit
- If it's been over 15 business days, please contact us.
How do I check my refund status?
You’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see the refund after10 business days, contact your bank first, then email us.
EU Customers: What about the 14-day cooling-off period?
If your order is shipping to the EU, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Standard return conditions still apply.
